TC4HRS-Trauma Care for High Risk Situations

Our world is rapidly changing and whether you encounter a one-on-one threat, an event where masses are injured, or an accident, you need to be prepared and trained. We call these low frequency-high risk events. Our instructors use their experiences and real-world techniques to help you be prepared and comfortable with the skills needed to save a life. Topics covered:

  • Scene safety

  • Hot/warm/cold zones

  • Care under fire principles

  • Assessment

  • Shock

  • Hemorrhage control

  • Chest injuries

  • Tourniquet use, wound packing, chest seals

  • Airway management

  • Packaging & moving casualties

  • Care during evacuation

Initial Training: 4 hours

Fee: $125 pp (corporate groups of 10 - $1000)

Fee includes lab supplies and each student taking the course for the 1st time receives a CAT tourniquet.

ACTIVE Threat for the workplace & TC4HRS Combo

1776 Training & Consulting, LLC offers a dynamic program taught by former law enforcement & prehospital care responders at your workplace. Most companies train their workforce for active threats but what happens when someone is severely injured? What do you do and NOT do when law enforcement arrives? How do you put together a emergency response kit? 

We will show you and help you through the process. If you need assistance with developing a emergency action plan or threat assessment, our consulting service is designed for that.

BloodBorne Pathogens
for Healthcare

OSHA mandated Bloodborne Pathogens Training is for any person who may be “reasonably anticipated” to face contact with blood and other potentially infectious materials as a result of performing their job duties.

This course Bloodborne Pathogens complies with annual training requirements (OSHA 1910.1030), and teaches all employees common sense guidelines to protect themselves from the serious threat of bloodborne disease in the workplace.

We offer courses for the general public, medical/dental/industrial offices, schools, emergency medical services personnel and anyone else interested in learning to save a life. We also offer CEH credits for BLS courses if the participant so chooses (4.25 hrs)
